ambitions for today
EnergyWe’re joining forces with the sun
Energy neutral. That is what energises us. Not natural gas, but solar panels. Our new building is energy-friendly. Our purchasing policy focuses on stand-by products, LED lighting, automatic light sensors and collective renewable energy sources.
People and cultureRoom for people
The best workplace and own ideas and initiatives. Room for colleagues. For us, that is social sustainability. But also stimulating local entrepreneurship and not buying or supporting dubious products that violate human rights.
Nature and the environmentSmaller footprint. Greater impact’
The smaller our footprint, the bigger our impact. By making the right choices, we reduce our own footprint. And that of our customers. Compensation is okay. Reduction the best. Prevention the very best. Sustainable lasts the longest.
Why bring things from the other side of the world, when there are also producers closer to home? Buying as ‘locally’ as possible: that is our ambition. In addition, like a spider in the web, we are constantly looking for sustainable innovations and improvements with and for our partners.
ConstructionSustainability lasts the longest
Sustainable materials. A longer life span. Our new building is an excellent opportunity to build sustainably. This will include optimal heat and cold regulation, insulation, heat pumps and ‘sunny’ solutions. Sustainability lasts the longest.
RecyclingThe cycle of raw materials
Non-recyclable products are so 20th century. Preventing waste. Less waste through environmentally friendly and biodegradable materials. Or better yet: waste as raw material. We encourage recycling and upcycling through the reuse of raw materials. Cradle to cradle.
Moving is healthy. But that does not apply for too many transport movements. Spearheads are reducing transport movements and the optimisation of logistics processes. Ours and our client’s. Our container as an on-site ‘hub’ fits that ambition.
